I stopped in On 11-24-25 and needed a bulb replaced in my driver's side headlight. The attendant was very polite and helpful, he installed it for me made my day that is for sure. I definitely will be going back I used to always go to auto zone. Thank you for making my day I kept putting off getting it done because I didn't know how to change it.
Top knotch customer service at this store, they deserve a shout out. I dread car maintenance but store manager Christopher went above and beyond to get me just what I needed and replace the parts on site for me. Keep up the great work Guys! Appreciate your professionalism and helpfulness !
Chris is a lifesaver! 1000000 stars if possible! I had to walk a mile to the store from a gas station for a dead battery. Walked there and Chris instantly offered to bring me and the battery back to my car a mile away. Not even that, but he ALSO swapped the battery for me with his own tools saving me even more hassle and money. I can't thank you enough Chris!
I called because I heard great things about O'Reilly's.But when I called for a replacement battery for a newer Subaru,The young man told me that it has to be replaced by a professional and that it was very difficult.I thought you guys were professional? I'm pretty sure he just didn't want to do it because it was cold outside....I'm sure the regional managers love to hear that...
The manager Christopher went above and beyond to help an out of state motorist! I bought a new headlight bulb when I noticed mine was out. When the new one turned out to be bad (it happens), he personally checked all my bulbs (I had a second about to go out) and replaced all of them himself at no additional charge!
