The store were properly stocked and in some areas they were not. I was greeted upon entering this Kinston location. The sign on the the outside by the road is covering the lettering board and you need a tree company to cut down the trees so customers can read your promotions from the road as well as potential customers walking on the sidewalk by the store. Thank you!

Today, 10/12/24 I called our local O’Reilly Auto Parts store & spoke with Shay about a replacement battery. Thankfully Shay’s shift wasn’t over when we were finally able to get there. Shay confirmed the battery needed replacing & the alternator wasn’t the issue. Shay worked tirelessly to 1st ‘find’ the battery & then remove it because of the uniqueness of its placement. The process involved him going back and forth to find the right tools to make it happen. Not once did he complain or act in an unpleasant or unprofessional manner. I’m not convinced anyone else would have exhibited the candor and patience Shay did. He maintained his calm & actually apologized for whatever was ‘challenging’ him at the time. The staff is great, they are friendly, professional, and knowlegeable. On this particular visit a gentleman, named Scott helped with the purchase of a new battery. He installed it for me, and he ran a system(s) check on my car to assure me that there were no other underlying issues. O'Reilly is where I shop for reasonable auto parts and great customer service!
