I came in on Christmas Eve and received excellent customer service.The assistant manager Tom went above and beyond to help me solve my problems with my car. I highly recommend.

Don’t go here! Stay away! Went to buy a battery and asked if they installed it as well. Was told yes they do as long as it’s not difficult. Apparently 3 bolts are to difficult. The lady at the counter has absolutely no knowledge of any vehicle. She just read what the manufacturer says instead of actually looking and realizing it wasn’t that hard to change out a battery. Not 1 employee here stepped in and tried to help either! So I drove across the street to their competitor and they had it done in 5 minutes. Ya lost a couple hundred dollars today ORIELLYS for being lazy. Negative Star Rating

O'Reilly's will be where I will be going from now on. Went to get a new battery for my vehicle and they installed it into my vehicle, Being a female I had no clue how to install it. They told me they usually don't install batteries but after I told them I need help I was almost in tears. Shawn decided to install it for me. The whole place was so friendly and nice. They really care about their customers.
