Needed a replacement tail light bulb for my wife's car. Was greeted immediately when I entered the store. Was asked what I needed and it was immediately fetched by the store attendant. In and out quickly, which was exactly what I was hoping to happen. Would definitely recommend this store for quick, no nonsense service.

Needed a fuel filter for my truck. Unfortunately all but one of the auto parts stores in my community close by 6pm even though my community has about twice the population of Lawrenceville. Anyway, I was able to order the part that I needed online. Within a few minutes I received an email telling me that the part was ready to pickup. When I arrived at the store they were quick to acknowledge me and get the part for me. I was in and out in under five minutes. I'm very happy with the quality of service.

I needed to exchange some parts that had a lifetime warranty. I had purchased them at other stores several years ago and there was no problem in exchanging these items other than the fact they did not have as many that I needed in stock at the moment. They were able to get it later in the day. The staff was friendly courteous and very helpful. Masks are required and they had social distancing in effect.

Received incorrect part, based on their free diagnostic. Store issues me a refund in a check they had to order. Waiting seven days already for them to receive it. Store didn't have enough cash to return my cash to me immediately.
