O'Reilly's on Main Street is great! I went to get a new battery yesterday and they were very helpful and efficient. The manager, Ever changed the battery for me and took the old one. It only tood about 10 minutes! Even though you can find a lower price for a battery elsewhere, the little extra you pay for the service included at O'Reilly's is worth it!

Caleb is so helpful and kind. He really helped this old lady out and took the extra time and effort to make sure I was happy and safe. Thank you Caleb. I sincerely appreciate it.

Custer service here sucks, they don’t try to do they’re job to help out customers. Bought a battery 4 months ago and it has been giving me issues, since it’s under warranty i decided to come here to get a new one since its close to my home. They told me i didn’t have a warranty and didnt bother to go thru their system to see when it was bought. It took me to drive to another location to deal with my own race. They pulled up my purchase within a few clicks and got me taken care of free of charge since they were able to locate my purchase which my warranty was still active. I’ll never come back to this Main St location due to how they treated me as a young black male.

Becky in Roslyn were fantastic and You’re a big help with what parts I needed, very caring and compassionate about customer service. Would definitely be back because of their smiles and customer appreciation!

I have often come to Oreilys since auto zone is further away but Oreilys employee Jeffery made me reconsider visiting auto zone again. When I arrived, he took 2 phone calls before acknowledging me. I asked about an issue with my windshield wiper being damaged and he mentioned he couldn’t help… and when I asked him to come see it seemed like a huge inconvenience for him by his expression. I get it, you are busy but he obviously didn’t want to be there or help me. I am a reasonable businessman but when someone gives me an attitude, then I will gladly find someone or somewhere who doesn’t. I just opened a business account for Autozone which has really helped my business. Oreilys lost a lot of money as I have many cars coming in and out that need parts. Autozone has no issues showing respe
