O'Reilly Auto Parts

I had Lexi helping me. She was super nice, but told me their staff was too busy to help me replace my battery. It was NOT busy. Her and 2 other employees were just standing behind the counter when I walked in. They had maybe 3 other customers over the next 45 minutes. She said I could use their tools though, which was fine with me and I soon had my battery replaced. When I walked back into the store to drop off the tools they had let me borrow, there were 4 employees standing behind the counter just watching me as I walked in. I have been a loyal O'Reillys customer for years, but I will likely no longer be going to this location, and will likely start going to AutoZone instead. 3 stars because Lexi was super nice and let me borrow their tools, but only 3 stars because I just expected m

David was a big help today. He took the time to figure out my car key batteries which were not easy replacements like I’d hope to pull off on my own. Thanks!

The girl at the counter was super patient with me as I got prices for brake components. She made good recommendations for type of brake pads. Clean store..

I had some complications, that I caused, While replacing my battery. David did an amazing job helping me even when I made a mistake. We were eventually able to get it fixed, much thanks to David. I will continue to use this part shop specifically overall other part shops. And thank you, David!
