I came here when I was in desperate need of windshield wipers during a downpour. The lady at the front desk (Cadence, I believe) was so helpful and knowledgeable. Even tho they were extremely busy, she gave each customer exemplary service. I needed some help getting them on, and the other employee (an older gentleman) did not hesitate to come out and help me. 10/10, would definitely come here again!

I'm 63 I was stranded in the parking lot at Lewiston Idaho O'Reilly's on 21st, with a broken fan belt the man person who waited on me charge me $28 for a fan belt there's another option for $16 , until it wouldn't fit and I went back to Check y. the girl said she would check on the computer, then she just went ringing people up on the counter and ignored me I tried to ask the other girl that was checking people out, going online to look up parts she looked at me seriously like I wasn't speaking English and she had no brain. They wasted 45 minutes of daylight playing games with an old woman in their parking lot who was stranded in a town she knew no one. don't trust any of these people ...go across the street to AutoZone this was a devastating experience and I will never go to O'Reilly's ag

The assistant manager Phil is extremely rude and unfriendly. I came in to get the voltage of my battery checked and to buy a new one. He then told me my starter was bad and i didn’t need a new battery, and when I continued to ask to purchase one he told me I didn’t need one and quoted me for a 300$ starter kit. I than went to Napa and asked for the same service, check the battery and id like to purchase a new one. The gentleman was extremely helpful and checked my battery and starter he told me that my starter was just fine and I in fact did need a new battery. We fixed the problem and I was on my way. I want to give a big shout out to the store on 21st St in Lewiston ID if I could give more stars I would. I had a rip off mechanic trying to steal my money from my part and they put a stop to and not only that but they contacted all the other stores in the surrounding area to let them know as well. I will only give my business in the future to O'Reilly, not only that they have been cheaper than all the other parts store. Thank you to all the staff at the O'Reilly on 21 St for making sure I didn't get ripped off it is truly appreciated.

Went in as an emergency need for a battery. Came out within 15 min with a new one! Wasn't 100% sure I'd like the prices, but they proved us wrong. And the customer service was AWESOME. Highly recommend!
