O'Reilly Auto Parts

Our mechanic shop spends a lot of money on parts every day so I ordered parts for a car I'm working on and they said they would be at the store Wednesday I called and no parts so I called Thursday no one knew anything so I went in to the store today to pick them up and they told me that now they have a policy that u have 5 days from date of order to pick up. The parts weren't even in their store 5 days from date of order. So Monday morning I will be closing our shop account with this store and never buy another part from this joke of a company.. I guess 20 plus years of business with them means nothing...

Delighted to go to this store and super satisfied with the service provided by Jorge Chavez, the worker there. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE 150%, but of course if Jorge Chavez serves you.

Brandon was a lifesaver in helping us diagnose what was wrong with our vehicle. You really gave us the information we needed to know to figure everything out. We really appreciate the help they gave us and will be returning soon.

We were traveling from WI and woke up with a dead battery. Got our vehicle jumped and went their to have our battery tested. The associate was very helpful. Our battery was good and he wished us a safe trip! Very helpful! Their employees really do care!

Third O’Reilly on our road trip (different issue each time). O’Reilly always seems to be the most knowledgeable and helpful, and this store was no exception. They did everything they could to help us figure out the problem, loaned us tools, and gave excellent shop recs.
