Absolutely amazing customer service. I called about a major hose issue and they not only tracked one down for me, but had their driver go get it and bring it in less than an hour. They also gave me tips and were so helpful and respectful. I appreciate Jared so much!

I am truly grateful for the professionalism, friendliness and respectfulness from The entire staff at this O’Reilly’s in Lincolnton continue to go above and beyond for anything especially respectful military veterans. I remember the young lady who helped me last time. I was there because of her I will definitely be shopping and arriving from now on. Thank you for all you do.

This brand is normally my go to, but service at this location was pretty terrible. Was only trying to buy 1 item, which I got off the shelf. Even thought there were about 5 employees in the store, and only 1 other customer, it took me almost 10 min to get checked out. Adding insult to injury, I could hear the other employees speaking to each other in the back. Have had bad experiance at this location before.

I have been purchasing almost all of my parts here and they're always been very helpful and if they don't have it they'll help you find it at the closest store to you or even have it for you the same day or next day.

Destini, the manager went above and beyond for me! She is very knowledgeable, caring, considerate and all around a amazing person! 10/10!!
