The store is conveniently located and ample parking outside. The parts of any auto can be available here and also can be ordered online. I’d love to shop at this location again.

I stopped into O’Reilly Auto Parts after one of my brake lights went out and I wasn’t sure whether it was a blown fuse or a bulb. Shane went above and beyond to help. He checked the fuse for me (which was fine) and then took the time to replace the brake light bulb. He was friendly, professional, and really knew what he was doing. I truly appreciate the help and will definitely be coming back to this location for my auto part needs in the future. Thanks again, Shane!

Went there to get my battery tested, got a middle aged white woman that was working there to help me. She tested my battery and told me its fine, just slow to start from the snow, so i assumed it was my starter being the reason it wasnt turning on. I went to an expensive shop and told them O'Reilly told me the battery was fine, they did an expensive diagnostic that cost me many times what the battery was worth, just to find nothing wrong until they tested the battery just to check the battery is whats giving me trouble, it holds zero charge! This woman had a tool that told her what to say, and either the tools wrong, or she interprits because its cold, the tools wrong and she needs to explain to me how batteries dont work in the cold and her tool would say the battery doesnt work because o

Just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to John at this location in Frisco on 380! Dude came out to car and was persistent to help me replace something that was thought (per instructions) to take about 5 min, but took 30 min to an hour. He had a great attitude about it the whole time and was sincere about ensuring it worked successfully once we got it on! He waited for me to try it to make sure it worked! Fantastic service and professionalism! Thank you, Sir!

I needed a part for my 1984 Winnebago and, unsurprisingly, no one keeps parts for 1984 Winnebagos in stock. But O'Reilly's said they could have it for me the next morning. But that left me in a jam. An employee named Paul at this location saw my difficulty and stepped in to help in an amazing way-. I've always thought you can tell a lot about how the owner of a business views their customers by the way the employees treat them. In a world that loves to say "no," --no, it's against company policy--no, for insurance reasons--no because I don't have to, Paul said "yes" because he wanted to make a fellow human's passage through this world a little smoother. He did something decent, and I'd bet money that the owner of this O'Reilly's location respects his customers.
