Customer service has really gone down hill recently. Long wait times, no one seems to want to help me. They used have a nice guy that helped me all the time when I came in and he would go the extra mile for me. Apparently he is no longer with them. I was sad to hear this. Time to head to Napa.
I waited 30 minutes just to return cores a couple days ago. Six people in line and only one young kid working the counter. There were other employees in the store, but looked like they were pretty busy on their cell phones. Customer service is really dropped.
I like shopping here for my detailing products.this time I was looking for a car charger to replace the one that was stolen.I bought a step up from what I had and think "it works wonderful"(my words replacing my sons words).🙂
Had what I was looking for . English language should be required in the store .
If I could rate them 0 I would customer service has been going way down hill. From now on I’m bringing my business elsewhere.
