I debated for a few weeks about whether to write this review, but the experience stuck with me enough that it’s worth mentioning. I stopped at this O’Reilly location one evening because it was closer than driving into the bigger town nearby. Unfortunately the visit ended up being more frustrating than helpful. When I walked in there was a cat wandering around inside the store, which was a little odd for a place that sells automotive parts. While I was at the counter getting help, another employee kept interrupting to give mechanical advice that had nothing to do with the part I was buying. The store is impressively clean and well-organized, complemented by friendly customer service. They offer a wide variety of interesting products and gadgets suitable for all kinds of vehicles. I recently purchased Meguiar's waterless wash and wax, and it left my car shining beautifully, as if a professional had done the job. Additionally, the interior quick detailer from Chemical Guys revitalizes the inside of my vehicle, giving it a shiny, new appearance while providing protection. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchases and the quality of the products available!

After reading several of the other low reviews for this location, I figured I’d add my experience to the list because it lines up pretty well with what others are saying. I stopped in to grab parts for a simple maintenance job and was already speaking with the parts associate who was helping me. In the middle of that conversation, another employee—who was actively helping a completely different customer at the counter—decided to interrupt. Instead of offering anything helpful, he launched into a lecture about how the brand of vehicle I own is apparently terrible and how “every technician does it wrong.” None of this had anything to do with the part I was buying or the job I was doing. I used to stop here for small parts and fluids, but after interacting with their ‘YouTube technician’ I decided to take my business elsewhere. As someone who specializes in transmission repair and rebuilds, the amount of misinformation being given was honestly surprising. Just remember there’s a reason parts counter employees aren’t the ones actually working under your car. Take any mechanical advice here with extreme caution.

I originally assumed my experience here was just an isolated interaction, but after speaking with several other ASE-certified technicians in the area, it appears this may be a recurring issue at this location. A simple parts pickup turned into an unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction with the employee behind the counter.
