My daughter and I stopped in the store Friday, March 6 around 3pm to have someone help us figure out why the check engine light was on, as well as diagnose another problem. Ashley was so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to teach us how to find things under the hood, check fuses and diagnose the problem. I appreciated that she approached it with a teaching spirit rather than just an opportunity to make money off of a customer. She's a great asset to that store!

I was recently asked by an employee of this store to change my review. I originally gave 2 stars with no explanation. Well, here's why. It was because of 1 certain assistant manager. I was in the store over an hour trying to figure out a part I needed with this guy. I told him I can show him the exact part on the car and he just kept looking in his computer instead of just going out to look at the part. It's like, I'm sorry I'm not a dude and don't know the name of the part but when I say I can show you and you just ignore me, that gets you a 2 star review because he's not helpful at all. I'm now changing my review to 3 stars because of 1 certain employee being excessively helpful adjusting my headlights when it was bitterly cold out. She's amazing and should be an assistant manager instea

Great staff that's very helpful. The tool loaner program is really nice to allow people to do some simple tasks(that require special tools) and save a lot of money.

Brad, Ben and the rest of the staff are always at the ready to get me the tools, parts and other vehicle needs quickly. Needed a filter wrench ..in and out in minutes project completed!! Again fast local service and customer friendly
