Cody the manager was GREAT! My battery died, I am traveling from out of state and did not know what to do! I went to O Reillys in Lynwood and everyone was so nice and helpful! Cody sold me a battery and took it one step further and offered to put it in for me. I have a newer Cadillac so that was no easy feat!!! Took him a little while, since it was not an easy instillation. He did it with a smile in the rain!!! Thanks Cody!!!!!!!!

Went in for wiper blades and the friendly clerks got us set up right away with what we needed. We even got some help changing the rear third blade. Super helpful. Would shop here again.

The best customer service! I'm an older female, totally NOT mechanically inclined. My blinker was out. The young man checked it, found the right part and installed it for me! That was a huge relief. Also my daughter had told me that the coolant in the engine compartment needed to be refilled. He found the one for my car and filled that container for me as well. If you are not mechanically inclined but need help like these things (also, windshield wipers replacements, etc.) then definitely go to this store. The young man (I wish I could remember his name!) was efficient, quick and very kind/respectful. I'm super grateful to him and to the O'Reilly group for providing this kind of assistance.

I walked in with my dad on the phone talking about what I needed to get, and the cute guy behind the counter immediately went to grab it without a word. I went to the wrong aisle and found me asking if what he had grabbed was what I was looking for. He was very helpful and I wish I had gotten his name.
