We purchased a new battery for my husband‘s car and was having difficulties getting the battery installed. Jose not only went above and beyond to help us install the battery, but he helped us replace the connection which was enabling us to install the battery correctly. Even in the cold weather, he stayed there and helped to make sure theBarrett was installed correctly and the car was able to start. Thank you, Jose for the awesome Customer Service to make sure that we were able to get on our way.

I came in to turn my rotors and they mic’d them up within specs ( never had them turned before ) & their employee at this location by the name of ( Je’Sus ) claimed that he could not turn them due to him unsure on how to service them. It was a very disruptive experience here and the manager. Do Not Come To this location.

Very unpleasant service from an employee at this store named Ruben, 3 minutes before serving me this gentleman, a very kind young lady, sold me a hose clamp that cost 2 dollars and was too big. I went back to exchange it for a smaller one and this gentleman, with his angry face at having to serve me, asked me where the receipt was. I told him the girl didn't give it to me, can you ask? 3 minutes ago I bought it and she still told me she wouldn't exchange it! Bad experience

When I entered into the store everyone was very courteous, they looked up my part with no problem. My part needed to be ordered and they gave no hassle to place my order but I decided to come back later. I wanted to check around, but overall they gave me a great calm feeling here. Thanks again O'Reilly 😊

Excellent customer service from TJ at the mableton store #1470. This associate assisted me with my dead battery 5min before closing and even asked if I needed anything else! You just don't see great customer service like this anymore. Thank you TJ for making me feel safe and important! I will definitely be back because of this.
