Lamanda and Ed is the most professional , knowledgeable, beautiful spirit and hard working Queen and King at this Site. The employees at this location are amazing, especially Lamanda. Today started out rocky, but she turned it around with a bright smile and helpful attitude. My wiper blades needed to be replaced. I had a 2-hour drive, in the rain. Paul found the right size wiper blades for my vehicle and Lamanda prepared to install them. She also listened to me when I mentioned that I would like to know HOW to do it. It seemed simple, but maybe not, so I avoided it for weeks. Until the rain. She smiled and said, "Let's go look." She explained the J-Hook on my vehicle and showed me how to snap the new blade into place. She watched me copy her actions and snap the second one into place. It was simple. I felt great. She then had me test them to make sure that I was good to go. She was so patient and helpful. I

Paul was fantastic! He provided excellent customer service, was incredibly kind, and installed my new battery quickly and efficiently when my fiancé brought the car in to be tested. I couldn’t ask for a smoother experience. He saved my fiancé from having to do more work after a long day, and we are truly grateful. I highly recommend this location!
