Just want to give a shout out and a big thank you to Jesus who just installed my new battery, thank you Jesus your awesome. Professional and courteous. I diffantly recommend this Store in Malakoff, the one in 7Points TX, not so much, you can't get the woman who works at that one off the phone.

I went in to buy a simple part. The lady at the counter and were talking about different parts and she was irritated. She even gave a price and it had to be ordered. I walked out and went to athens o Riley outo parts. Come to find out the part I needed wasn't 11.00 dollars and change. The real cost was 18.00. Next time be patient. Terry and the others were helpful and patient.

I was doing a job out of town and in a bind. I stopped in not expecting the service that Marcus and Travis delivered. Not only was I able to complete the days task but meet to outstanding O’reilly employees. Great job gentlemen. Keith,

Great place to get quick service and the parts at a decent price

I walked in alone with my twin 5 year old boys on our way home from a vacation. Asked the workers for frion and for some help putting it in. They told me they wouldn’t help me put it in, it was against company policy. I was in tears and begged them to help since we had no cold air in our car for the past 3 hours. There were 3 men standing behind the desk watching a desperate mom cry and just let me leave without helping me. Good lesson for my boys on how you never leave someone in need of help. Will never shop at another one of these stores again.
