If I could give zero stars I would. Jack is the rudest and worst employee I have ever encountered in my life. If you don’t want to work - don’t go to work. People come in to get help not be treated like dirt. All we needed was our battery checked and received the absolute worst service ever. Do better.

I have had good experiences and bad as well. There was a lady who worked at the Maquoketa store and she was knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. I appreciate that because I am not a mechanic and she got me a decent price and product that was best for my type car. Also had good service from most of my personal experience. I do however recall a couple times this one guy gave me the wrong oil filter twice.yes 2 different brands and over 20.00$. The third time I had someone different and not only got the right filter but a better price about 0 savings though traveled back and forth from 25 miles 3 times for an oil filter? How much simpler can getting the right one for the car be ? Maybe it's not easy as I think. IDK? But kinda stinks that I had to make 3 trips for something that is bas

Could tell right away this guy behind the counter did not want to be there. He asks what I need. Give him the part number and he asks, “anything else?” I say nope and he moves to back shelves to find the part. 5 minutes later comes back to check the computer then goes back and finds the part right away. He starts to ring me up, I ask “do yall offer a veteran’s discount?” He replies, “need a military ID and phone number.” I say “okay, have my ID right here.” His reply, “$136”. No discount on the receipt and he was very unprofessional. I won’t be doing business with Oreillys again, and if I have to, it will not be at the maquoketa location.

Terrible customer service! I might quit my job and apply there just so nobody has to deal with the current employee🤨

Nobody could get up and help me even though I was the only customer in the place. Terrible customer service.
