Needed a agm battery for the girlfriends car, checked online they said they had one, she drove 45 minutes to pick it up, and when she showed me what they gave her I was displeased, non agm battery for starters, sent her in with the part number and screen shot of the battery on their website saying in stock, they tried to sell her the wrong battery, I called no remorse or admitting they were wrong. Dirty dusty standard battery is why they tried to sell her. “It just has a 3 year warranty that’s the only difference “

I went in there for a radiator cap and the worker said he doesn’t have time to find the cap I need (this was at noon they are open until 9pm), doesn’t have time to do his job??? All the older gentlemen are very lazy. I walked out and went to advance auto and they helped me right away and found the cap I needed, I’d recommend going there instead of orileys in Marshalltown.

My second time in this store and both times I walked out because I was tired of not being helped. A guy walked in after me and the older guy who was stocking shelves went to help him while I continued to stand and wait to be helped! Went to Advanced Auto and was greeted right away! In and out in a flash! Guess where I’ll go next time! Not O’Riellys!

They were able to get me old receipt for a purchase years ago. I needed it for my insurance company. Staff was great with helping me!
