O'Reilly Auto Parts

Had some trouble getting my new light bulbs installed into my tail light housing. Gavin while getting off work stopped and helped me with the installation. He was very informative about what to do and just a great guy to speak with. I will definitely be going to O'Reilly’s for my vehicle needs.

Headlight. Very helpful they put it on for me I didn't have to take it to a mechanic shop to have it put in they were very very helpful did it all I would request anyone that was looking for anything like that or any parts to go and have O'Reilly's help them they are awesome they do a great job in helping their people I read them as a number 10

I visited the business on 05/31/2025 in search of lug bolts for a Ford Ranger. This happened to be the 3rd parts store I had visited for the part I needed. In all 3 stores, the computer was listing the wrong part. The manager and the associates went through their inventory with a set of calipers until they found a match to the old one I had brought with me. The dedication to help me was astounding. They have won my business. Thank you for the help!

I called up there and got on the phone with a worker named gavin. I was wondering the price of a exhaust manifold (i snapped a bolt in mine) and he pulled it right up. also gave me advice on how to get the bolt out! 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had some issues with my 2008 Chevy Malibu for a while, been going to advance auto parts for the last 10 years, I will now only go to O Reilly auto thanks to a gentleman named Gavin in Martin, TN. He was a tremendous help for me and I could tell how passionate he was about his job, there’s not a lot of people left in this world like Gavin and I would love to see him running the store in Martin one day. I will never forget this experience and he is the reason O Reilly in Martin TN will be my new home for anything thing I need with my vehicles!
