O'Reilly Auto Parts

I really don't like to right these reviews ,but being in a high level of management for years , I know its necessary for customers to have some input and give feedback weather good or Bad. I went to your store today to see if I could get my 2016 chevy trax scanned, The young man that waited on me was very pleasant in assisting me,even gave me a print out of what was wrong with my suv and explained to me what I needed as far as replacement parts. the young man was very pleasant and professional, I didn't buy the parts he suggested and bought something else, hoping for a cheaper fix.(4:38PM, 10/03/25). I drove 10 miles home and put on my glasses to read the report he had given me and realized ,he was exactly correct in his evaluation. I then called the store and asked for the parts dalton h

Employee made me look up what I needed on my phone on their website, instead of looking on their computer. The more I go to this store the more I start to dislike going to a parts store. Sometimes you get what you need, or you are sent home with the wrong parts. Just for the record, they seem to be just like all the other Orielly’s parts stores. Never really had a great experience with this store.

The crew are getting more knowledgeable as time goes by. I have always hot goof info about my own vehicle when going here. Pricing is ok. Buy could be better. However I'm glad they joined our community!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had to order my parts but they came in fast and gave me call to let me know they were in. Great place to go and are open late!

Worst customer service ever. Called looking for a part and "Jeremiah" stated "I would need to cross reference and I don't have time for you" and hung up the phone. So if you're looking for any assistance, I suggest you go straight yo Autozone where they appreciate their customers.
