I went in yesterday with a lot of questions about oil and my car situation, and Joseph was absolutely amazing. He really took the time to listen to everything I was asking and didn’t rush me at all. He offered helpful suggestions about the different routes I could take, gave clear insight into my options, and made sure I understood what would work best for my specific vehicle. He even looked up details for my car to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. His customer service was truly outstanding—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Nissan wanted to charge $67 for an air filter. I stopped here and got it done for $27. They even installed it for me which is great considering I’m 8 months pregnant. The store was clean and the staff were friendly!

I stopped in today to get a cabin air filter for my car. I know next to nothing about auto parts, but Norm was able to find the replacement filter in his magic computer. They had one in stock. He also was able to install the new filter for me. Thanks Norm!
