Don't show up 30 minutes prior to closing and expect help. Arrived with a dead battery and rep said they don't do batteries within 30 minutes of closing. Thank goodness we have a portable jump pack. I could have purchased a battery, went home, changed it, then brought the core back. However, the rep could have taken 10-15 minutes to swap out our battery instead if being LAZY. He didn't act like he wanted to help at all, which is perfectly fine. I will drive out of my way if I need anything automotive as the customer service at this particular location is SUB PAR at best. Actually, the choice of batteries didn't match the quality or price I found elsewhere, so in essence the crappy customer service worked out just fine.

My go to local store stopped taking payment over the phone.not good for transportation company but excellent service here

Always a pleasant experience. Employees on the ball, knowledgeable, and friendly. Have not gone in there and not found what I needed. They take care of me every time! And I appreciate that they acknowledge my military service

Best place in town to buy parts, they are the nicest people ever and are very patient with others. Great over the phone service too.

We received great customer service at O’Reillys in McRae from Erick and Freddie! Our head light was out, and when my husband walked in they had noticed and already had the part pulled up. This is helpful for people like me who don’t normally buy parts!
