Very professional and helpful as a women I trust coming to this location for help with my vehicle parts

Refuse to honor a warranty gave me the run around multiple times their part left me stranded multiple times and would not honor the warranty they sold me

So I brought a caliper for my rear driver side a few months ago and its defective one side my brake pad is worn down and the other side is not. I had brand new brakes installed with the new caliper. So I call the store I’m trying to explain to the woman what’s going on she not only was very rude she was like come on what’s the problem so as I was saying I need to come exchange it because there is a lifetime warranty on it and I was trying to have her lookup my account with my phone number and she just hung up in my face. What friendly workers this location has. Terrible customer service I give it a -10 out of 10. This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience either. Mostly why I came on here and took the time to write all of this. I hope management or The owners read this. The date is J

The store used to be pretty decent, I don't speak Spanish so I get treated like crap get put on hold. They never pick up. They speak Spanish when they pick up the line , if you're a white boy don't go there. The district manager is the biggest problem
