It was raining hard, and I needed new wipers, so I stopped in to buy some. The man at the desk was incredibly kind and offered to help me put them on right there in the storm. I was so grateful for his help and excellent customer service.

My wife coasted into the O'Reilly's parking lot in Meridian with the engine overheating and called me to come help her figure out what was wrong. By the time I arrive 15 minutes later, Seth had come out of the store, diagnosed the problem, removed the broken connection on the heater hose and had all of the new parts laying on the counter waiting for me. Dylan and Able let me borrow tools to put the broken hose back together and we were on our way in less than ten minutes. Seth, Dylan and Able took a super stressful situation and turned it into a blessing with their great attitude and eagerness to help. Great employees and terrific customer service!

Dude!!! Ask for Seth when you come! He saved me $900 bucks and fixed my AC in my Huge diesel Sierra GMC truck! Thank you O'Reilly's for always choosing great staff and providing excellent training and top notch customer service.

Always helpful and friendly, no matter what store. I've ordered online and did in-store pickups, and it always goes well. Went to two different stores today (forgot to grab a couple things on the first trip). Got everything I needed to get the job done.
