Unbelievable Service, the best I have had. I need a fuel filter for my 72 VW and Gil ordered. It said it’ll be there within one hour. Customer service is excellent always friendly and prices are very reasonable. If they don’t have it, they will get it, hours are great, specials are definitely worth it. The wind is blowing about 30 miles an hour and the employee is over here fixing the customers car in the rain. Where else can you get that kind of service? Definite yes!!

Yesterday I went to Napa Auto Parts. The gentlemen there told me that none of the wipers would fit my BMW because the window washer nozzles are on the wiper arm. I called BMW and they wanted $85 a piece. Unreal. I’m not against spending money where it counts, but this is just unreasonable. So I decided to get a second opinion. I dropped by O’Rielly, and - Austin - was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He grabbed a couple pairs and did some trial and error, and boom, done. Saved me over $100 on just wipers. Highly recommend.

Salem was so helpful with locating the correct belt for my car. I will definitely urge my family and friends to use this location.

Hands down the nicest and most helfup staff. Very clean parking lots, well marked with really great handicap accessible spaces. Brightly lit store and very well laid out. You can easily find what you need. This is a really great local resource for auto parts.
