Dan was more than a parts guy today. His positive attitude and helpfulness really helped me during a side of the road breakdown. Got my parts, listened to his encouraging words and was back on the road in a flash. Thanks for helping me through a bad day without knowing it buddy.

They have a lady store manager at this location. I don't remember her name. She has been awesome and helpful every time I shop at this location. I don't shop the other auto part stores in Moncks Corner anymore because this manager knows her auto stuff. I get tired of getting the run around and bad information for the other stores. I am fairly knowledgeable about vehicles and how they run. But ask a question to a man and see the dumb answers you get.

I really like this store. Not O'Reilly's itself, but this location specifically. I've never had any issues with customer service and that's the biggest thing these days. General attitude, service, respect, organization and cleanliness all seem to be top notch here. Any time I've ever had to call or deal with a warranty replacement part it has always been nothing but pleasant experiences. I felt that deserved a little time out of my day to be recognized. I’ve been a loyal customer at this O’Reilly Auto Parts for months, regularly purchasing 5-gallon bulk products for my small business without issue. The service was always great—until this recent experience. I ordered a 5-gallon bulk wheel and tire cleaner online for in-store pickup. When I arrived, I was told my order had already been picked up by someone else. They asked if I had picked it up or if someone else had, which I understood—they were just trying to figure out what happened. I explained that I’m the only person with access to my business orders and the only one who picks them up. They reordered the product for me, and I appreciated that. However, when I returned to pick up the replacement order, I noticed the manager recording me as I loaded it into my van. That moment complet
