Update 2/23/26 It is disappointing to see how much customer service at this store has declined over time. In the past, I have always had a positive experience when bringing in my light bulbs that are still under warranty. The staff consistently replaced them without hesitation or unnecessary questions. The process was simple, professional, and customer friendly. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. When I went in to have a bulb replaced, the technician refused to do the work. He stated that it was too difficult to access because the bulb was located behind the battery. What makes this especially frustrating is that this exact same bulb has been replaced at this store several times before without any issue. I went in to replace a light in my car, and Rubin went above and beyond to help me! He showed me exactly which bulb I needed and even helped me change it in my car. I will definitely return for all my future car needs!

Stop and get your parts here don't go any further to those idiots down the road at the (A Zone). The prices here are usually better by just enough, but what really makes this place good is they have excellent customer service and most of the guys know a fair amount about cars. If you have a business I suggest you have a business account because you can get a decent discount if you spend enough. I love the parking lot because it's so easy to get the in and out which you may not think about but if you have a truck and trailer there's plenty of parking. The hours seem to be open later than the other ones, and the stores fairly decent size so they probably have what you need. And if they don't they can have it usually within an hour or so.
