The Assistant Store manager sold me the wrong fluid for my $100,000 truck, which cost me $250 to repair. The District Manager, Michael Walters, advised me through the Store Manager to have the truck fixed, and they will reimburse me for the costs. I did so. It took them four months and many calls and visits to be reimbursed. I would not advise anyone to purchase from O'Reilly Parts, as it could literally destroy your vehicle.

Thank you Mr. David for all your help on (02/21/2026). His customer service was through the roof to the point I had to come write a review. He made sure he found what brake light I needed for my car and he also replaced it for me with no problem or complaints. Having people around like that makes all the difference.

Fantastic. The store in in Montgomery had my part in stock and waiting on me. Great counter people. And I was very courteous. The store was clean. Twice in one day. O'Reilly's has impressed me.

Last night bearing went out cold as hell out side had a bad night dealt with Mrs Denis and mr Cedric they went above there job title super nice very helpful you need more employees like these 2 if your bad day they will definitely change that thank you guys very much for a great experience

Wasn't greeted with a smile but a very mean stare of what you want & why are you bothering me by a guy representative. Luckily for your company, my family & I own businesses & know that a rude employee can not be what a company stands for. The employee was not happy because my husband was on the phone with me & the employee had to look up some items & walk from behind the desk & get off his cell phone to do so. He mentioned why my husband didn't just come to O'Reilly which was very rude since I am the customer standing in front of him and irrelevant. He said nobody likes to do nothing anymore.
