Out of the 3 we called this was the one who had the parts and knew what they were doing. We will be back!

I was on a very long trip and my main seal on my rack and pinyon steering went out. I was about 800 miles from home or anyone that I know that could help me. A young man named Tyler from this store not only was the one to tell me what was wrong, but he went way out of his way to try to seal it for me. This was right before Thanksgiving and no one could get the part until after let alone change it for me. I had only one choice and that was to try to make the rest of my trip to Lincoln Nebraska. What he did got me there and I was able to be with family for Thanksgiving! Thank you Tyler for being a blessing...

I have to order parts most of the time but I usually get them the same day

My husband has an auto business account with O Riley’s in Star City he has always been a good customer and done a lot of business with him well we had a tornado last Easter and was out of electricity for over a week and we called to see if Star City Store for a generator but they didn’t have one so I called around and Monticello said they had one paid good money for it and brought it for an elderly couple with no lights so they would have lights due to health issues and not wanting them to fall well it hasn’t even been a year and they only ran it once shut it off and we are in the middle of winter storm decided to check it for them and it would not crank and if we lose electricity during this winter storm they won’t have power cause no one would exchange it for it for them! Not like we wan
