O'Reilly Auto Parts

I am writing this review to document serious concerns about my experience at this auto parts store. What should have been a routine stop to purchase vehicle parts and supplies became uncomfortable and unsettling because of how I was treated while inside. During my visit, I felt watched and singled out in a way that went beyond normal loss-prevention or customer-service practices. The way employees spoke, looked at me, and interacted with each other created a strong sense that I was being observed or discussed in a way that did not feel appropriate or respectful as a customer. At one point, police became involved. Their presence did not make the situation feel calmer or more neutral — instead, it increased my discomfort and made me feel that my concerns were not being taken seriously. The

Bud at the Moose Lake Mn store was extremely helpful repairing a bad belt tensioner and belt this morning when I was on my way to work. They had all the required parts and tools to get the job done. When the bolt holding the tensioner on was seized into the block, Bud went above and beyond to get it loose and put the tensioner and belt on.in my opinion he deserves a raise! Thanks again!!

Shoutout to Douglas at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Moose Lake! Coming back from a trip in the BWCA, our truck broke down and Douglas went above and beyond to help us diagnose and solve the problem. His kindness was truly a godsend and we would’ve been stuck and out of luck without his help. Thank you a million times, Douglas!

Had what i needed. Decent help good price.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff at this O'Reilly. This place also remains open later on Saturday than some other auto parts stores in the area.
