I've always received excellent customer service at this location. Shout out to Mark who I feel went above and beyond to help me with my car! I am most appreciative to him for helping me with my car needs. Mark you are awesome! Many many thanks to you today and to everyone else who I have encountered. You guys are amazing..✊️

I came here yesterday after receiving very bad customer service at the stupid Auto Zone on Sunnymead. The men that helped me out her at O'Reilly, were very helpful, professional & courtesy. I told him what was going on with my car & he was glad to help me. He checked the battery & that was exactly what was wrong with my car. He was kind enough to take the old battery out & sold me a new battery with a free 2 year warranty. I will NEVER EVER be a customer at Auto Zone. They discriminate against women customers. I will FOREVER be a customer for O'Reilly. Thank you for the GREAT customer service O'Reilly.

I went in for headlights bulb and Mark was very polite and explained the difference in them. He was very nice and helpful. Great service I will for sure go back to this store again. Thank you very much Mark!

Came with a blown headlight, Adrian and Derek were extremely helpful and even assisted me with changing it out. 10/10 Would highly recommend

I wish I came to this store first. Manager helped me install a battery I purchased at Autozone which couldn’t help me install. I could have made me go return it and buy one from him. For sure this O’Reilly will be my new auto store.
