This must be the month for key fob battery’s dying. I had a great experience at your Solidad location, replacing my own key fob battery. I was then in Morgan Hill and my dad’s key fob battery died so I went into your store and was helped by Jared. He was great and provided excellent customer service. Thanks again O’Reilly.

Our fuel pump broke in our boat half way down the river. The person working the desk found the part for us an held it until we could get there to purchase it. Great customer service!

This is the worst place my husband went try and bring the alternator for the car back and they refuse to help. Also kept telling us our battery was a good battery and the whole time the battery was bad had to get a opinion from auto zone they had to told us it was bad but wanted another opinion from O'Reily and they kept saying good battery . Went back now they finally tell us after our car has been down 4 months the battery is bad. They are very unprofessional . I would never go back to this store at all.
