Thank you, thank you! These people are AWESOME! Went in to get a new battery for my cars key fob…After opening it and finding out the size, the manager went in back and promptly came back with a battery and said “Merry Christmas”…even put it in for me…they didn’t charge me anything! I was in shock and said “thank you”! Made my day!! Thank you so much!! 😊

Always receive really good service when going into O'Reillys for my automobile needs. I like that they're knowledgeable and try to help you save some money too! I will definitely be back again!

Just have to say for what seemed like a new employee Katrina was a great help! She jumped right on the computer did exactly as I was asking her and even figured out a part number on something I would’ve never imagined had a part number! I only use O’Reillys so I guarantee I will see you guys again sometime in the future! Great job, Katrina!

Initially bought battery with 3-year warranty for 2014 Honda Odyssey in October of 2023. Went bad 11 months later in September of 2024. Took it in for a warranty replacement. That one went bad 16 months later in January of 2026. Took it in and notified there is only one replacement under warranty and they would not replace. Don’t necessarily blame this specific store as it is apparently a corporate policy but if they won’t stand by their own branded products I will not be shopping at O’Reilly for any of my business.

If ever there was a perfect store manager, Lamont is it. He is the most kind, considerant, friendly, and helpful person anyone could ever ask for. His knowledge is second to none. Every time I come into this store I actually feel like he truly cares about me and my vehicle. He doesnt ever try to just sell me a part if I really dont need it. He takes the time to listen and continually gives the very best customer service anyone could ever ask for. I hope the O'Reilly company understands how valuable of an employee they have.
