Jessica, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful! I highly recommend this auto parts store over their competitors!! She fixed my car in a matter of minutes!! Kudos!!! I was given bad information in regards to what was wrong with my car at Auto Zone by the bypass.

I purchased a starter on 11/25 for my employer's vehicle. Due to Thanksgiving I didn't install it until 11/28. When I installed the part I noticed it would hang up on the flywheel when it disengaged. I removed/ reinstalled the part twice to be sure it wasn't an installation error (it was not). The owner decided to return the part and purchase one from the dealership. When I returned the part the clerk made the comment, "this is the second time today", with an aggravated demeanor. He returned the part but was obviously upset that I'd brought the part back and was making comments like, "don't you just love when this happens" and "every time". I figured he was having a bad day and didn't say anything but later I realized he was accusing me of returning the core part for a full refund and the

We came in to change our Windshield wipers and a nice man named Brandon assisted us. He was very nice and helpful!

I was having a bad day with my car not wanting to start. It finally did start an i went straight to O'Reilly in Moultrie. Mr. Jerry took a look at my battery an it was not good. So I bought the new battery an Mr Jerry put it in for me. Thank you Mr. Jerry, you helped this Lady out more than you know. God Bless you !!
