The Manager Jodie went so far above and beyond, I had a major car issue she not only order parts and keep me up to time on when parts would be onsite and when there was an issue she was on top of it willing to go the extra mile. Breaking down out of state sucks but Jodie thank you. And for you big bosses I run a company and if you dont put her overseeing hiring with a fat bonus I will. Thank you for getting me home safe to my family.

My brother suggested switching to them from another store I frequented. I have to say I'm impressed with the knowledgeable employees and also the fact that they are happy to help you. Other autoparts stores leave you feeling like you have bothered them but I appreciate the service I receive here.

Best auto parts place in town. They always have what I need and are willing to help/answer questions.

The store is fine and most employees are great, however the woman working Monday afternoon was very rude. Any question we asked seemed like a chore for this woman to answer. The older woman working was very helpful, but I didn't appreciate the way I was treated by the other, younger, woman associate. Next time I'll just spend the 20 bucks and grab my own diagnostic tester on eBay. A little more expensive, but worth it to not deal with the attitude. I also apologize for making that woman do her job. Will just roll down to Advanced Auto Parts in the future.

I stopped by the store and paid $300 for a battery. They said they could not install it because the difficulty level was too high. Charge me the core charge. I went home and changed it. It took me 7 minutes. They didn't even come out and look at it to see what style it was.
