Went to store to turn a rotor the guys that were there couldn’t do it from there chair so they wouldn’t turn. Store clerk was at least 450 pounds and refused to work. Beware never go there for anything.
I came to get a new battery! RANDALL WAS GREAT! Great personality, great attitude and helped a lot! I'm all about customer service and would definitely recommend O'Reilly Murrell's Inlet!!!
Allen is really nice. He helped me when I was very confused about a light out on my car. He didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything like cars like Auto zone did!!

I want to give a shout out to Randall who helped advise me on what I needed to fix my car ! He went above and beyond to help me. That is not a quality or customer service that you find at other Automotive Parts stores I will highly recommend your store. Amazing Employee who should really be recognized!
