Employees greet you when you walk in, asking what they can help you with, they even offered a delivery date on specialty items not normally in stock.
Another great location. The guy who helped me was super helpful in trying to help me find and locate a part in a town I am not familiar with. He went the extra mile and looked up a bunch of different places for a part they didn't carry, and even gave me directions for those places. I'm only sorry I didn't catch his name so I could reference him directly!
They almost always have the parts I'm looking for
Came in and had to change out my keyless remote batteries. Shelly and Steve help me switch out the batteries. I was ready to pay for the batteries my company card wasn't working. They work with me so I was able to come in the next day and pay for the batteries. Thank you Troy, Shelly and Steve for the understanding and patience and willing to work with the customer
The staff is top notch, and helpful. Finally a option on this side of town. Its great to have them in Naples which saves me time, and saved time is saved money. They have everything you'd expect to find as well as heavy equipment options.
