The AC blower on our van went out while driving from New Orleans to Dallas in 95° heat. We stopped overnight in Natchitoches and got the part from O'Reilly's. Mr. Michael was working and was SO helpful!! He loaned us a socket wrench so my husband could change the blower and even bought him a water while he was working in the heat. Kindness, quick service, and we were back on the road with fresh AC!
Dee was the best, I was in and out of this store for hours as we Channel from Oklahoma to Florida. Madison with super helpful with all of the returns in so very nice.
Very helpful staff and prices are good
Antonio Battaglia was very helpful and kind. Helped me find the part I needed and was extremely helpful going out if his way to make sure I was out of the heat while my car got repaired.
