O'Reilly Auto Parts

I cannot recommend this place in the slightest and hope others read this before supporting this location. On December 26th, 2025 I was traveling through CT during a snow storm. I had just left the hospital where my mother had her most recent chemo session and was on my way home five hours north. My vehicle had broken down just five minutes from this O'Reilly Auto Parts and it just needed a new battery. Luckily (or I thought) I had 30 minutes to spare before the store closed and called here to source the new battery. I call to facilitate this so it's ready when I get there and the store associate said "while we have the battery, we can't help, we already closed the registers." I exclaim that I'm driving through CT and am two hours into a five hour drive and wouldn't have another option hopi

Needed a new car battery, they installed it and had even a device to ensure the car retained power so my radio wasn’t reset. Very friendly and helpful
