Alisha was so helpful to me the other day when my battery light went off on my way down to Detroit for my spring break. She was able to tell me my belt fell off and called everyone she knew until she was able to get my car somewhere to be fixed that day. Her hard work made me be able to get home safely!! Her and everyone else that was there (Kevin) were so helpful and supportive when I felt like my trip would be cut short.

The staff there today made my day! Went in for a simple tire inflator. Couldn't get it to work. After much time, in the cold, 2 staff help determine the problem n aired my tire using a delivery truck outlet. You 2 Rocked! You know who you are! Thank You So Very Much!!!

This place is awesome everybody there is so friendly they get everything you want very timely manner They always have everything I need. Probably the quickest parts store I ever been to... Thanks guys

Been a Ioyal customer since it opened in Negaunee Michigan normally no issues with the store and its employees. Almost every parts tools etc are good and if they go bad and they're is a warranty the staff gets it taken car of until today when clearly the part came from orielys. Bur the computer says it was the opposite side i had bought before and replaced. (It was a brake caliper by the way) i said it was impossible because th original GM caliper was still on the passenger side and this 1 was only abou1 and half years old since I replaced it. They were a bit rude and pretty much just told me you'll have to buy a new one. So I had them grab a new one to compare to prove it was their caliper same number same paint same everything. This is by far the best store to get your vehicle parts from. Store is clean, staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love how they turn the computer screen so you can see the prices of the parts.
