The employee Mark was so unprofessional. He was in the back when I walked in, saw me didn't want to come out. Finally came out with a attitude. I told him I needed oil and a filter for a oil change and I wanted to the if the had a bundle special. He told me to walk outside and look at the sign to see what the deal was on the sign. There was no sign. He said the oil is in the back on the wall. I went and got it myself and saw the deal 25 for the oil and filter. After I questioned him about it, apparently it bruised his ego and walked in the back and refused to sell me my oil. Maybe you shouldnt work in customer service Mark, even better just quit, you seem to hate your job so much.

Went into the store today to get some things for my vehicle. I was really surprised at how rude the employee was. I asked him his name and he turned around and walked away. I then asked the other employee his name and he replied "Mark." Whoever is the manager here, I wouldn't waste another dime on this employee with his unprofessionalism. Do better O'Reilly

Eric helped yesterday in quite a pinch. Between several phone calls and back and forth to the shelves, we nailed it! Eric stayed late for me to help me out. Give this man a raise! Awesome guy and super helpful.

I have yet to walk in to this location and not get 5 🌟 service. Whether it’s looking up a part I need for my 1998 Cadillac, or most recently troubleshooting a coolant problem. The staff here is great and genuine .. Thank you Brandon for putting my mind at ease today and stopping me from making a bad decision regarding my radiator system. YOU ROCK! 💪🚙💪
