Called in looking for a radiator, employee told me that it was at their distribution center in Selma. I told them OK I can go pick it up tomorrow so I call the center of the next morning. They then proceed to give me the runaround for 30 minutes before I can even determine if the part is actually there then come to find out it’s at their distribution center in Houston. A complete waste of time O’Reillys will end up just like advance auto. Ghost Town with no parts that you need and they will require you to order everything a week in advance that’s why they call it advanced auto.

Kyle was awesome! He checks all the boxes of a great employee with customer service in mind! Good to know there’s still employees like this out there!

Travis helped me find parts and really knew his stuff. I wasn’t able to be very helpful, but he made it happen. Top notch guy. Highly recommend.

Good enough customer service experience. Service was challenged by paying locally for long distance pickup yet not able to apply Veterans discount. It was a $450 purchase...the 10% discount would have been greatly appreciated.
