Chris the manager he don't need to be dealing with customers poor service . And he make the employees feel worthless I fell sorry for the employees work there he think his stuff don't stink
The gentleman, Chris is think, was very helpful. We couldn't find what I was looking for. He went in the warehouse and found it.
There always fast and friendly and accommodating to your needs as well as knowledgeable.
Over 4 hours from home with an orange light on the dash...what to do? Manual says "emissions...warning." Fortunately, we came upon an O'Reilly Parts Store & got some of the clearest help & suggestions we could have ever hoped for from the gentleman behind the counter. He saved us hours of time & hundreds of dollars. I'm now a fan & will switch my loyalty to O'Reilly from now on! Great people hiring great people!
