I went into the store for the first time today and it was very nice. An associate named Peter helped us and another associate Lisa also greeted me. Over all my needs were met and the atmosphere was very nice

Katrin was absolutely fantastic! My dad and I were struggling to install our windshield wipers, and she went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to install them for us without hesitation. We didn’t even realize the store was open and stopped in by chance, but I’m so glad we did! The customer service was exceptional, and you can truly tell they care about their customers. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

It was not too bad I guess, seems like most everyone working is new and very confused but at least they got parts in stock unlike Advanced or AutoZ.

Went here today to grab some stuff for my project I got going on and it’s a Completely unprofessional environment. The manager Jennifer is openly bullying and talks down to employees right in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. Instead of leading with respect, she chooses to humiliate staff, which is not only disrespectful to them but also makes customers not want to return. Management should set the example, not destroy morale in public. She seems like the wrong type of person you’d want in a management position

Mike K and Jennifer both offered me excellent service and assistance when it came to purchasing a new car battery. They were both kind and knowledgeable and i appreciated all of their insight. Would highly recommend
