O'Reilly Auto Parts

I truly hope that O’Reilly’s corporate office realizes the absolute asset to the company that the Nicholasville locations, parts professional Andy is!! I am an auto tech at a local repair shop. I call Andy for almost everything !!! He always goes above and beyond the call of duty. He always has a great attitude. He’s always so knowledgeable and helpful!!! We truly appreciate having Andy at our local store!!!!

They were very helpful. They didn't have what I needed on the shelf so they went to find it in the back for me

So, I go in and ask the guy behind the counter for the tail light bulb number for a particular vehicle. He replies to me...an H11. I already know for a fact, that's a headlight number. So I say again... I need the number for a TAIL LIGHT bulb. His reply, H11. I'm already short fused and I knew this wasn't going anywhere. I found the bulbs and thank God there was a reference book. 1157 is exactly what I needed. Thank you O'Reillys for the reference books for those who need to find the correct parts because your help....well, need to go back to automotive light bulb class and commit to a semester.

I hate to give this place a negative review, because I'll tell you...the people at this store really try hard to give good customer service. They honestly have gone above and beyond to help me with warranty issues in the past on more than one occasion. The problem...most of their employees don't really know that much...and their parts seem to be junk compared to the other parts stores to me. I've never had a part from here last more than a year or two. Thankfully, they have been good about warranty exchange...but who wants to replace the same part on their vehicle every year?

Takes forever to get help or even check even if they are not busy , not very knowledgeable about auto parts. Some may have better experience with auto parts and customer service but the 3 times I've been in not so much
