I purchased McGard lug nuts and never opened or installed them. The packaging is fully sealed and cannot be accessed without clearly breaking it, so there is no way the product was removed or used. There was some visible dust/powder inside the packaging at the time of purchase. It was already like that when I bought it, and the item has been stored in my car since then. There is no possibility that I opened it or caused any contamination. Despite this, the staff repeatedly insisted that the item was “used,” and refuse take a closer look, which felt unfair and unprofessional. I also have the receipt and paid by card, yet I was told I would need to drive FOUR HOURS back to the original store location to process the return. Horrible. The girl with the dark hair and glasses has no clue about car parts. After telling her the make model and year of my car she still gave me the wrong bulbs. First she gave me the wrong bulb for my turn signal. It did not fit. The bulb she gave me for my headlight was also wrong. It blew the fuse in my front passenger light. Now only the high beams work. I will never go to this location again!!!

Terrible customer service. I was ignored completely. A female employee was taking phone calls while I waited in line. After each call she just answered the next call like I wasn't waiting. I finally just left. I couldn't help but feel like if I was of Hispanic descent it would've went differently.

I came in to see if I could get help with my dead battery, they said they had one but could not install for me. I then asked if they could jump my car and they said no and offered cables (no one was around). I would expect a car repair shop to help out with a simple jump if needed. I was stranded, the front desk didn’t help at all. Wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.
