My number 1 goto place for most anything I need for any of my vehicles, mostly knowledgeable staff lol and orders come in quite fast if they don't have something in stock.

This particular store is a hot mess. You walk in and it smells of pot sometimes. One counter guy in uniform helping a customer. Another guy up by register, not in a uniform, watching his phone. He barely acknowledged me from his phone as he checked me out. Folks sit in their cars on lot smoking weed. Its gross sometimes. Now, therr are a couple good guys that work dayshift, but evenings are...weird. I find going to local CarQuest better sometimes during the day.

Currently the time is 7:55 am. The sign and website claim the store opens at 7:30am. Yet, I watched as an employee arrived at 7:40 am and was waiting to be let in. Upon gaining entry, they disappear to the back, still the doors to the store are locked. Myself and 4 other vehicles are waiting to be serviced at a business that should be open as stated. Extremely unprofessional and I hope to see a change!

Jeffery was very helpful and professional. He helped me figure out which brake light, I needed. The Manager on duty, she needs to have a little more kindness in her voice and more faith in her employees. Keep up the good work Jeffery and keep being kind.

I have no idea why I didn't call them first, I'm so sorry for that. Never again will I go someplace else for my parts. The right part all the time, thanks guys it was as n emergency situation.
