What a great group of guys. i was on my way out of town for a trip when my battery gave up the ghost. i was at Marie's donuts 9 getting donuts for my visit, (also FIVE STARS,) and initially i thought of calling roadside assistance when i thought , nah. The Auto Parts place is right there. i walked over and they were able to help me buy a battery...i had to lug it back across the street but again this was just minutes away versus waiting on a truck. The staff at the store even trusted me enough to loan me tools ( 11 and 13 mm sockets and a 3/8 drive) to remove the dead one and install the new one.. they didnt have to, and could have just told me, " we're a store, buy that shit." but they totally trusted me. anyhow, them doing so allowed me to swap my battery, get it cinched back down, an

Was going in for a battery test, as I had to jump my truck. I drove the truck for about minutes and omw home stopped in to get it checked. Unfortunately, it wouldnt start again. So, new battery. And wouldn't u know ... its a stupid special b.s. battery and requires more than just a simple unhook and replace. I had carpal tunnel surgery on one wrist and the other is pending, so I couldn't do it. One of the guys there, Justin, went above and beyond and helped me change it out. . . Even after it started raining. Nice guy, quality personality, many many kudos to him and his team. Thanks guys!

I was really frustrated because I checked the website specifically to see if they were open and it said they were open and only closed on Christmas. However when I drove all the way across town to get something that everyone else was sold out on... they were closed at 6:05, even though the website said they closed at 10 the day before Christmas. I'm happy the employees got to go home and enjoy their families, I just wished that they had put a simple answering machine message on and also noted it on their website. Super frustrated with whoever is in charge of their website or store manager. This carelessness on their part cost me an hour of drive time there and back for nothing.

I WAS SO STRESSED OUT ABOUT MY CAR AND I REALLY THANK NICK SO MUCH !!!!! HE WAS SO PATIENT AND REALLY ECPLAINED THE SITUATION TO ME SO O COULD UNDERSTAND HE REALLY SAVED ME TODAY ! IF YOU GO HERE ASK FOR NICK ! IT WAS SO NICE TO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE NICK HELPING ME OUT HE MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE 10x better !!!

I met this handsome guy who worked at oreily. I baught a part for my car and he was so nice to install it for me .it would have cost me money. To have it put on. Thank u handsome
