O'Reilly Auto Parts

I don't like having to come here because it means im getting greasy, really greasy. These people are great, they always get what i need and i can call them and they will have my parts ready when i show up.

Thanks so much O'Reilly Auto Parts. You don't have any idea what I had to go through today to find some 3/8 gas hose. I don't even want to name the other stores but it was either poor customer service or lack of knowledge or they were out of it. It was such a Blessing to walk in to this store and it was busy but I watched as they handled and treated each customer with courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. When it was my turn to be waited on, Taylor had just recieved her lunch delivery and insisted that she wait on me before taking her lunch break. She didn't even rush me. Tom, the manager, "You must be doing something right my friend ". Keep up the good work with your great team. Thanks again.

Dead battery late Saturday night. Got up early Sunday morning and was able to get car started and went to my nearby O'Reilly's and Daniel had the battery I needed in stock and cheerfully installed it for me very efficiently. I just so thankful that he had such a good morning attitude and took good care of me. Thank you Daniel.

Sales Associate Ron Who does the deliveries also asked me if I needed any help when I walked into the store and I told them what I needed and he took me to the right place to get the right parts. He was very patient and kind and he helped me with his knowledge that he has being in the automotive field for a long time. Thanks again highly recommend you guys. A+A+A+A+

Needed a new battery for wife's Sonata. Found great price here, with terrific help from David, who replaced the battery for me expertly and in minutes. Always get helpful and pleasant assistance here.
